Also, thank you for reverting User:Teke2015's edits. He's been a nuisance on this site, and on many pacific island language wikipedias. I've blocked him permanently now. SHB2000 (talk) 03:54, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- @SHB2000 Thanks. By the way, the first condition of filter 6 will just be ignored, since "uncofirmed" is not a user right. You probably intended to have
!("autoconfirmed" in user_groups)
, and you also might want to make the filter private. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 07:42, 27 June 2021 (UTC)- Thanks. The only reason why I don't have it private is since I'm not an expert in Abuse filters and some other wiki might want to import this filter. So do I just replace the first line of code with
!("autoconfirmed" in user_groups)
? SHB2000 (talk) 07:46, 27 June 2021 (UTC)- Yes, that would work. Also, I had already created a global filter for the vandal without seeing your local one, but I might use some of your conditions in it as well. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 07:48, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- Ah, the condition for the edit count might also be redundant given you check for autoconfirmed already, though with only few filters on this wiki, it should not be a huge performance issue. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 07:51, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- For some reason, I can't save the change. Do I need to change the edit count from 10 to 11? SHB2000 (talk) 07:52, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- Oh, you were talking about "the first line of code". In that case, you still need the
&
sign at the end. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 08:07, 27 June 2021 (UTC)- Sorry for a little late response. Internet's tediously slow here (due to the footy game) and publishing an edit would lead to a server error. But anyway, seemed to work. Thanks for the advice, and hopefully, the filter actually works now. SHB2000 (talk) 12:27, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- I assume the filter did work; it just didn't exclude autoconfirmed users. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 12:28, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- Seeing the filter log, it did prevent some of his edits, but I think he knew the way to getting around (by not typing scobedos) but then that's when your filter came in handy. SHB2000 (talk) 00:20, 28 June 2021 (UTC)
- I'm actually quite unsure if you're right, since my filter should have had even fewer hits. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 11:47, 30 June 2021 (UTC)
- True. SHB2000 (talk) 10:00, 1 July 2021 (UTC)

- The account is also globally locked already, but you might want to block "Teke2016", who is not yet. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 07:46, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
- He's not registered on this wiki, so I can't block him, just yet. SHB2000 (talk) 07:54, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
Juris Drew Del Rosario
Did some research on this guy outside WMF, and his youtube channel seems to match his interests of vandalism on WMF projects. SHB2000 (talk) 07:03, 11 July 2021 (UTC)
Jurisdrew... again!
Hi there, I'm sorry for getting into some personal facts about this LTA, but here's just an note I found about him.
- The first vandalism that he committed was 18 April 2021
- On commons, he uploaded a file: File:Rex img.jpg, which shows that he had lost a loved one, and possibly causing him to vandalise
Should I be less harsh on him, or treat him like any vandal?
Thanks! SHB2000 (talk) 12:31, 29 July 2021 (UTC)
- I'm not sure circumstances like this should be considered when dealing with on-wiki issues at all. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 11:23, 5 August 2021 (UTC)
Please delete substub articles
Hi, three substub articles about animated works have been created, and they don't even translate the words for "cartoon" and "animated film". Can you delete them? I just tagged these three for delete. The delete notices keep getting removed without fixing the problems with the articles. I'm asking you in case that happens again. 2600:1700:53F0:AD70:1021:7514:A373:30E1 00:42, 17 October 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry, I'm not capable of judging the quality of those articles. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 13:37, 17 October 2022 (UTC)
